Sevensneakerstore.com is operated and owned by Marc Sonderegger, 4009 Basel.
Our Terms are valid for all orders on sevensneakerstore.com. While confirming your Order, you agree and accept our terms. By pushing the button „accept” in our order process, you confirm your order and you agree that you read and understand our terms and confirming them without an exception. All our deliveries and services are based on these terms. Furthermore apply the provisions of the Swiss Law.
Prices:
All prices on sevensneakerstore.com are exclusive shipping. Subject to alternations and errors excepted.
Shipping:
We will always try to ship your order within 1 to 5 business days from that you've made your order. Usually If you make your order before 09.00 am CET we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. For payments with PostFinance it requires 2-3 days for the transaction confirmation before we can ship.
Inside Switzerland & Liechtenstein
We deliver our goods with swiss post. We reserve the right to change our carrier at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the mentioned delivery time applies in any case. It might occur that in special cases deliveries take longer than expected but it is our highest effort to send out the parcels as fast as possible.

Outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Custom and VAT fees may apply when ordering from countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The fees are charged by the Revenue & Customs of the country where the product is being shipped to. We have no influences on this custom fee and are not able to give you more information about that. Ask your local custom office for more information. Customers ordering outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein are exempt from Swiss VAT (Invoice and Delivery address is outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein). From January 1, 2020, we will no longer be able to ship Nike/Jordan products outside of Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the EU.

If you don’t collect the parcel or if you’re not available to accept the parcel on the scheduled date for delivery the parcel will be returned to us. We will then charge a CHF 50.00 fee for shipping and administrative costs of the unclaimed parcel. It will be deducted from the voucher or the refund you will get for your return.
As a customer it’s your responsibility to keep yourself informed about the status of your shipment. You can track your parcel by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Please control and check the ordered goods at reception.
We inspect the quality of all articles before shipping.
If you like to return or exchange something, please contact us via email on return@sevensneakerstore.com before returning. We will check your request and send you a proof if we accept it.
Delivered goods could be returned within 14 days after shipping after you got a proof from us like explained above. The Goods have to be like new, that means: no damaged packages and no signs of usage. We reserve the right to not accept any exchanges / returns if the goods have signs of usage, the package is damaged or you didn’t contact us before returning.
The shipping costs for returning will not be paid by Sevensneakerstore.com.
It is possible to bring your exchanges directly yourself to Basel, Switzerland. Please contact us for an appointment in this case.
For already paid exchanges and returnings you will get a voucher for our store and for incorrect delivery from our side a refund on your credit card / PostFinance-Card / Paypal / Post account.
No return on Sale Products.
If the parcel was damaged during shipping, you have to signal it to the carrier (swiss post) and us in the next 5 days after the delivery. In case of claim, the customer has to keep everything as delivered. The goods can only be used with the written approval from the shipping company or sevensneakerstore.com.
Cancellation:
If you changed your mind it is possible to cancel your order. You will get a refund minus the fee our payment service provider charges us for every successful payment. The fee (around 3%) depends on the amount of the order. Please contact us to get the exact amount of the fee.
Warranty:
From the day you received your order, there is a 2 year warranty period on demonstrable manufacturing defects. If still available the product will be replaced, if not you will get a voucher of the value of the defective item. The warranty does not cover wear and tear.
Data security:
Seven sneaker store will never transfer any informations to a third party for marketing purposes.
Credit card details are transmitted by a secured HTTPS (SSL encryption technology) connection. For more deteils read our Privacy Policy.

The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
